Conditions for Return

Please notify us of receipt of a manufacturing defect product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.Products/Items should be UNUSED along with the original tags, labels and invoices in the original packing.We advise to pack the return packet strongly and adequately so there is no further damage of goods in transit. However such product should be a certified by the respective brand’s authorized service centre (ASC) and it is the customer’s responsibility to get it certified.


We will process the refund after receipt of the product. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order. Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within seven working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order

Note : If Shipment is refused/Not accepted by the customer, Shipping Cost will be deducted from the total amount. Free Shipping Products- Rs 50 will be deducted from total amount. Shipping Charged Products - Shipping charges charged will be deducted.

What is the return period of an Item?

Item should be returned/shipped back to us within seven days of receiving the products

How should I pack the product for pick-up?

Make sure that the merchandise has not been used/worn or altered/tampered with, as well as is accompanied by its original price tag and packing slip. On the box, do mention your order number. If your order is approved for pick-up, you will receive the packaging instructions and return address in a separate email from us.

Do I need to pay the courier company to send my product back?

If we arrange the pick-up of your product, you don't need to pay anything. If you are using a courier service to send your product back, you need to bear the courier cost. However, we will reimburse you the courier charges upto Rs.75 in the form of Store Credit.

My product has been picked-up, how do I know it has reached you?

After your order is picked from your place, within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email from us specifying the tracking details using which you can track the package on courier's website. You can track the status of your return request in 'my account' section too.

When will I get the replacement or refund?

We initiate the replacement or refund within two working days of receiving the product at our place. For refunds it may take upto seven days for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund. The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim.
